While most of the country was gearing up for the largest football party of the year, in the V-Twin motorcycle world, part manufactures, suppliers, dealers, and motorcycle media were prepping for the highly anticipated annual V-Twin Dealer show in Cincinnati. Commonly referred to by just about everyone in the industry as Cinci, this show is when everyone debuts all those new and interesting products they’ve been feverishly working on. Over the next few pages you will see some of the new and interesting products we came across at the show. Hopefully you’ll see something you like or maybe a part will inspire you to get cracking on that project you’ve been thinking about. For us, we hope to get our hands on as many of these products as possible for future tech articles and to provide you with more info about the parts/accessories.

Todd’s Cycle offers new T-bars for Harley’s Blackline Softail. Todd also has a new set of risers for the Blackline that will allow you to bolt just about any set of handlebars to the bike.

Cycle Sounds entered the bike protection market with this Bike Bumper. Made for Batwing and Shark-nose fairing, the bumper helps protect your bike from scratches and spills while trailoring or just sitting in the garage.

To go along with its long line of Spike and Power Flow Air Cleaner systems, D&M; Custom Cycle introduced its new Machine Gun Boss air cleaner setup.

Küryakyn will help you see and be seen when on the road with its new Phase 7 L.E.D. Headlight and Passing Lamps. The lights emit a very bright white light providing more visibility while drawing significantly less power than stock lighting.

With years of experience producing top-of-the-line billet wheels, Performance Machine is now offering an equally cool line of wire wheels featuring custom machined rims.

Roland Sands Design showcased its Clarity Line of covers. Watch the inner workings of your intake, cam chest, and primary with its see-through air cleaner, cam, and derby covers.

Headwinds has expanded its array of lighting options with these Fork-mounted Spotlights. The lights bolt to the caliper mounts and produce 22,000-candle power to brighten up the night.

For those looking to clean up and simplify the lighting at the rear of their bike, Radiantz offers its Integratorz LED strips. The strips provide run/brake/turn lighting and don’t require the installation of an additional module.

Concept & Design Cycle intrigued the audience with its Active Suspension. In Automatic Mode the Active Suspension constantly monitors road speed and adjusts ride height accordingly based on pre-programmed parameters. A manual mode is also built-in allowing you to override the system’s electronic module and maintain your desired ride height for as long as you want. The system will raise/lower the bike by 2-1/2 inches.

Got an old bike with a tired Evo sitting in the frame? Breathe some fire into that bike by dropping in one of Delkron’s 120ci Square Block engines. Featuring a 4.250-inch bore and a matching 4.250-inch stroke with a 10.3:1 compression, the engine comes completely assembled and ships with a carb and ignition for a true drop in and go installation that will yield a claimed 121 hp and 138 lb-ft of torque.

Have too much horsepower for your stock clutch system to handle? Barnett Tool and Engineering offers its Under Stock Cover (U.S.C) lock up clutch that will fit behind the stock primary cover to help save you money and keep that sleeper look.

Show your military pride and support with these officially licensed USMC gauges from Medallion gauges. Available in a full set for Touring models or a solo gauge, they feature LED backlighting and illuminated pointers.

With success in the automotive market, PRM Racing brings its intake design to the motorcycle industry with the Jet Stream Intake System. Designed for use on EFI Twin Cam and CV carb Evo models, the Jet Stream Intake features a unique design that helps improve incoming air velocity and decreases air temp to produce improved performance gains claiming a 8 lb-ft of torque and 6hp gain on an Evo engine. Intakes are available in polished, gloss, and flat-black powdercoat, chrome, as well as custom airbrush finishes.

Revolution Manufacturing brings some attitude to Victory motorcycles with its King Knurl accessories. Available in floorboards, footpegs, and shifter pegs, the King Knurl collection is made from 6061 billet aluminum and features a raised point on each knurl for extra grip.

Hoppe Industries introduced its HP8-Night Fighter frame-mounted audio fairing for Dyna Fat Bob?? owners looking to add a little touring style, wind protection, and music to their long-distance rides.

Michelin North America introduced its newest tire for Harley owners, the Michelin Commander II. The tire is designed to offer stability, longevity, and supreme handling.

For those bagger owners looking for a way to rake out their frontends for 23 or 26-inch wheels, Kewl Metal Inc. offers its rake kit. The 45-degree rake kit is a bolt-on affair with no welding required.

Namz Custom Cycle Products has a host of products to help you add taller bars, or to make wiring/rewiring your bike a much easier task. The company offers throttle-by-wire extension kits as well as wiring extension kits for 2011 FLST and FXST models.

If you’ve built up your engine, you’re going to want to upgrade your throttle body as well. Horsepower Inc. released its 55mm to a 58mm manifold throttle body for ’08-present throttle-by-wire touring models.

Help keep your engine cool and improve engine longevity with JIMS Forceflow Cylinder Head Cooler. The unit features a new cover that replaces the stock horn cover, hiding the fan behind your horn.

Light up your pipes and help those behind you see you better with Cycle Visions’ new Replacement Tips for Rinehart exhaust systems. The tips have bright LEDs built into them that work as run, brake, and turn signals.

Add some bolt-on performance to your ride with K&N;’s Street Metal Intake Systems. Available in the Torch or Flare design (shown), the intake assemblies replace the stock setup and provide increased airflow resulting in more horsepower and torque. The intakes are available for an assortment of Harley models.

Now you can add even more power to your CVO Harley with Revolution Performance’s Big Bore kit for Screamin’ Eagle CVO models. The Big Bore kit is a bolt-on kit that will push the stock engine from 110 to 113ci with a 10.5:1 compression ratio.

Bell Helmets has added to its line of Custom 500 3/4 helmets with an assortment of new lids featuring totally original old-school artwork, modern designs, as well as custom designs by Skratch.

The Ness family continues to add more and more parts to its long list of P&A; for Harleys. The company is now offering its Black Deep Cut lower fork legs for Softail models. Legs are available with single, dual, or single disc dual caliper (two calipers on one side). On top of that they are also offering custom caliper housings that let you use all your stock internals.

Ultima’s new Black Knight engines will not only breath life into your project but you can do it on the dark side with Ultima’s new engines doused in deep, mysterious black chrome. The Black Knight is available in 113 or 127ci displacements.

Another family that has been serving the needs of Harley enthusiasts for years is the LePera family. New for this year, LePera scales things down with its Buddy Boy seats. Shown here are the Buddy Boy Solo seats in large and small versions with custom stitching and metal flake coverings.

Got a new bike and it’s not quite running right? Daytona Twin Tec offers its new Twin Scan 3 for the new 2011-2012 Softail and 2012 Dyna models outfitted with the CAN data bus. The Twin Scan 3 includes a scopemeter feature that allows display of two signal waveforms and is very useful for diagnostic purposes.

Renegade Wheels’ new Phantom Cut is bound to turn heads. Seen here on the Whistler wheel, the Phantom Cut process involves polishing, black anodizing, then re-cutting the accents of the wheel, and finishing off the cuts with polishing. The end result is, well, beautiful.

Beef up your displacement with a set of Wiseco pistons. New piston kits are available for 88 and 96ci Twin Cam engines to push displacement out to 97, 113, or 124 ci.

Need a lift? Titan Lifts introduced its new 1500XLT-E motorcycle lift. This electric lift comes in handy for those who want to get their project off the ground but don’t want to have to buy an air compressor to do it.

Vance & Hines is catering to the 2-into-1 crowd with its blacked-out Pro-Pipe Hi-Output exhaust. Available for Softail and Dynas, as well as Touring models, this pipe features tuned length headers that step from 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 inches to optimize gas velocity.

Hell’s Foundry’s Dashlink is the perfect accessory for those that have an iPhone and are looking to utilize the phone’s GPS and audio capabilities with their bike. Compatible with the iPhone and iPod Touch, the Dashlink docking console is available in chrome, gloss black, or carbon fiber finishes and fits Softails, Sportsters, and baggers.

RC Components continues to expand its wheel finish options. Shown here is a 26-inch Majestic wheel with the company’s new Flipside finish. A different twist on the black and machine cut look, the Flipside is industrial yet elegant.

If you want to bolt on some serious power to your ride, check out Sean Ray Turbo Systems (SRTS). Shown here is the SRTS kit for ’01-12 Softail models. The kit comes with everything necessary to install and really boost your power output.

Want a new exhaust note for your bagger but don’t want to spend a ton of dough on a completely new system? Akrapovic offers several slip-ons like these that will add unique sound, style, and performance to your ride. Akropovic has an assortment of complete and slip-on exhaust systems for Harley models.

If you want to add some additional speakers to your bagger’s audio system, check out Sinister Industries’ new 6×9 speaker lids. The lids feature a cutout and mesh grill, as well as custom accent lines to dress up the top of your saddlebags.
