Why the motorcycle industry?
A long-time friend of mine named Don Vesco got me interested in bikes and it blossomed from there.
What do you see in the industry’s crystal ball?
Replacement parts for stock bikes.
What is your greatest accomplishment?
Winning the Baja 500.
Favorite all-time motorcycle?
Don Vesco’s Norton Manx from back in the ’60s.
Who inspires you?
My father, Don Vesco.
What is your biggest regret?
I have none. I’ve had great opportunities and know not to look back on the past.
What is your proudest moment?
Racing with my son and being able to pass it on to the next generation.
Favorite place on Earth?
_Devil’s Lake, Michigan. _
Biggest pet peeve?
Lazy people.
What are you currently working on?
Air filters, mirrors, and a new bagger for myself. I’m also working on an all-wheel-drive, turbo-boosted, paddle-shifted, tube-framed, carbon-fiber-bodied, pavement-racing Scion for Chris Rado.
